1. As per Section 4(1)(b)(i) of the RTI Act, 2005

Functions of the Administrative Training Institute

 

The endeavor of the Government is to impart need-based training to employees so as to develop the right attitude, necessary skills, duty consciousness, competence and self-motivation to take on the challenges in their work adopt innovative approaches for excellent delivery and promotion of the public welfare.

3. As per Section 4(1)(b)(iii) of the RTI Act, 2005

All important decisions are taken with prior consent of the Director, ATI.

 

4. As per Section 4(1)(b)(iv) of the RTI Act, 2005

All decisions in Administrative Training Institute are made through collective endeavors via step-by-step movement of files.

 

5. Section 4(1)(b)(v) of the RTI Act, 2005

All employees in the discharge of their functions adhere to all Rules, Regulations, Established practice, instructions etc. as adopted by the Government of Mizoram

 

6. Section 4(1)(b)(vi) of the RTI Act, 2005

The main procedure of processing each case is done through files opened for this purpose. Therefore, documents that are held by the Institute are mainly files.

Arrangement contemplated under this sub clause is not in existence.
